Policy
- We will exchange or refund the purchase of a quick ship bag within 14 days as long as it is unused and the original sales receipt is included.
- You will be charged a 10% Restock Fee on any bag that is returned for a refund.
- Shipping is NOT refunded.
- Custom-made bags CANNOT be returned for a refund. They can be replaced or repaired as long as there is a defect.
- In order to return any items, you must include a Return Form with your returned shipment.
- Gift Certificates are
non-refundable non-redeemable for cash.

Workmanship Guarantee
Defects due to Workmanship are few and usually minor.
If you have
discovered a defect within 14 days of purchase, return the bag
for repair or replacement according to our Return Policy.
Personalized products cannot be refunded but repaired in
the event there is a defect. By completing your purchase, you
agree with these terms.
